Products

Reptimorph offers for sale reptiles and related accessories. Product descriptions are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from reality.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping fees are added at checkout.

Payment

Payments can be made via accepted methods at checkout. Payment is required in full to confirm the order.

Delivery

Orders are processed within the stated timeframe and shipped to the address provided by the customer. Shipping times may vary depending on location and availability.

Special rules apply for live animals: customers are responsible for providing a safe environment for transport, including suitable temperature and containment.

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for most products, except live animals. Live animals cannot be returned unless they arrive dead or injured. Accessories can be returned if unused and in original packaging.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds are issued for eligible returns within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, except in case of defective or damaged products.

Warranty

Reptimorph guarantees the conformity of its products at the time of delivery. For live animals, Reptimorph ensures that the animal is healthy and matches the description at the time of shipping. Any issues must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Liability

Reptimorph cannot be held responsible for damages or injuries resulting from improper handling, care, or housing of the animals after delivery.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of France.
